1. Using the platform
By creating a store you agree to use the platform lawfully and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for the products you list and the orders you fulfil.
2. Your store address
Each store receives a free subdomain. You may also connect a custom domain on any plan; custom domains remain your property and you are responsible for their registration and renewal.
3. Plans & billing
Paid plans unlock additional features. If a plan lapses, your store remains available on its free subdomain and your data is retained.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, or to infringe the rights of others.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
